University students express solidarity with "Occupy Wall Street" movement

Iranian University students in the Tehran gathered in front of the Swiss embassy – the US interest section –and announced support for the American Occupy Wall Street movement protesters on Monday night.

According to IRIB, the students, who were carrying blankets and candles as a symbol of solidarity with US protesters, also carried placards which read, "100% of Iranian people support 99% of the US", "End of the Wall Street", "Down with capitalism", "Down with the US", and "Down with the Zionist regime."

The Occupy Wall Street protestors poured into the streets first in New York on 17th of September to announce disgust toward the corruption gripping the top-brass of the United States and also protest against growing rate of poverty and social inequality in that country.

Despite economic crisis, Washington has extravagantly wasted huge amount of money in the unnecessary wars.
