Iranian caricaturist receives special award at Syrian festival

Damascus, April 29, An Iranian caricaturist received the special award in an international caricature festival in Syria.

Soheil Mohammadi won the award from among 1,635 works sent to the festival by 425 artists from 75 world countries.

Seven other Iranian artists, too, won awards in the artistic event.

The festival focused on the theme of poverty and famine.
