Admiring Majid Majidi in Italy

The 4th festival of asian movies has started from November 8th in Italy and will continue till November 16th.

As ISNA reported, in this festival beside usual parts there's a special part for Iranian cinema.

In this festival there's another part in which there will be a review and admiration of Majid Majidi's works and 6 movies of his works will be shown.

China,South Korea, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Seri Lanka and Tajikistan are countries which have taken part in this festival.

Introduction and progress of Asian cinema are the objectives of this festival.

MASULEH will be in the UNESCO list in the next year

 "Registering MASULEH in the UNESCO work list is too long and difficult and we're trying as much as possible to put MASULEH in the list." Hsein Atefi The manager of Iranian tourist association in GILAN said on Thursday.

He added the attempts to registration are including many meetings with UNESCO officials

and also opening a festival on may 2004.

He said registration of this city will attract a large number of tourists and we don't want to establish new hotels but we will keep the old hotels and use the furnished home of people for settlement of tourists.
