Canada, Germany to screen Iranian film

Veteran Iranian director Masoud Kimiai’s feature length movie Crime is slated to be screened in movie theaters across Canada and Germany in the near future.

The movie is scheduled to be screened in Canada in September and to hit German movie theaters in August; Ali Sartipi the director of the Iranian distributor company Filmiran said.

The movie is set in old Tehran and tells the story of a man who is trying to remain faithful to his principles and beliefs while facing dilemmas in this regard.

Hamed Behdad, Poulad Kimiai, Dariush Arjmand, Niki Karimi, Masoud Rayegan, Laya Zangene and Jamshid Mashayekhi are starring in the film.

Meanwhile, No Men Allowed, directed by Rambod Javan, who is also an actor, is programmed to be shown at movie theaters in Malaysia at the end of the month of Ramadan, on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.

No Men Allowed is a comedy that describes the events which occur after a male teacher begins working at a girls' school that has a feminist principal.

Vishka Asayesh, Reza Attaran, Mani Haqiqi, Pegah Ahangarani, Bahare Rahnama, Setare Pesyani, Falamak Joneidi are starring in this comedy.
